Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required
• MBA preferred
• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in electrical equipment, power systems, or transformer manufacturing
• Strong understanding of electrical transformers, power distribution, and energy infrastructure
• Proven success developing new markets and closing complex deals
• International sales or global market experience preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Results-driven with strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in target markets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to deliver customized transformer solutions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Prepare and present technical proposals, commercial bids, and contract negotiations
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
• Partner with international clients and stakeholders to support global expansion efforts
• Coordinate internally to ensure successful project execution from order through delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline forecasting, and reporting
